Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: 
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed in 2-3 days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate is about 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages.
*LolaRey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping.  Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

 

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of ship date for domestic delivery, and 30 days for international customers. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed).

Sale items, intimates, accessories, or bodysuits cannot be returned or refunded. To complete your return, your receipt is required. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

* Please make sure to send us an email at info@shoplolarey.com letting us know you are shipping an item back and we will provide you with the return address.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to process, if approved.

 

SALE ITEMS:
Items bought with an online code are final sale and not returnable. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
